Located in the heart of The Village, adjacent to the Health and Fitness Center, the 22,000-square-foot lakefront Clubhouse will serve as the focal point of the community, completing the extensive package of world-class recreational offerings available to Hampton Hall property owners.
Like the Hampton Hall Golf Club and Health and Fitness Center, the Community Clubhouse will feature European-style architecture with a red tile roof and cream-colored stucco facade. Inside, residents will find a casual pub and grille room, a reading room, an elegant private dining room that can accommodate 24 to 30 guests, a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, and large 250-to 300-person banquet area that can be divided into several sections for smaller affairs.
